Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA)

Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) was established on 1st July 1956 under the Land Development Act 1956. The Authority is managed by a board responsible to the Deputy Prime Minister.
Federal Land Development Authority, better known as FELDA is the foremost land development agency in Malaysia. FELDA was established on 1st July 1956 under the Land Development Act 1956 as a result of recommendation of Government Working Committee.

FELDA was established with the purpose to help the government carried out rural land development schemes and to uplift the economic status as well as living standard of the rural community.

Originally, FELDA was functioning as a board to manage and channel financial aids to the state Government to carry out land development schemes in the respective states besides coordinating land development in these states which include the movement of population within the states.

Later FELDA's function was enlarged by the government and from 1961 FELDA was entrusted to carry out on its own development and settlement schemes throughout the country.

Todate, FELDA has developed approximately 480 new areas totaling 853,313 hectares which became plantation and settlement areas.
A total of 104,946 people were chosen as settlers from among the rural poor and landless community.
Together with their families, they were resettled in the new settlement. Land development and settlement in the rural areas has now brought economic and social development as well as political stability to the country.

Through land development and settlement, FELDA has uplifted the living standard of the rural community as well as narrowing the gap in the quality of the life between the urban and rural population.

Boriska-boy From Mars

Sometimes, some children are born with quite fascinating talents, unusual abilities.
I was told the story of an unusual boy named Boriska from members of an expedition to the anomaly zone located in the north of the Volgograd
region, most commonly referred to as "Medvedetskaya gryada". "Can you imagine, while everyone was sitting around the campfire at night, some little boy (about 7 years of age) suddenly asked everyone's attention.

Turned out, he wanted to tell them all about life on Mars, about its
inhabitants and their flights to earth," shares one of the witnesses.
Silence followed. It was incredible! The little boy with gigantic
lively eyes was about to tell a magnificent story about the Martian
civilization, about megalithic cities, their spaceships and flights to
various planets, about a wonderful country Lemuria, life of which he
knew in details since he happened to descend there from Mars, had
friends there. Logs were cracking, night's fog enveloped the area and
the immense dark sky with myriads of brightly lit stars seemed to
conceal some sort of a mystery. His story lasted for about an hour and
a half. One guy was smart enough to tape the entire narration. Many
were stunned by the two distinctive factors. First of all, the boy
possessed exceptionally profound knowledge. His intellect was obviously
far from that of a typical 7-year-old. Not every professor is capable
of narrating the entire history of Lemuria and Lemurians and its
inhabitants in such details. You will be unable to find any mentioning
of this country in school textbooks. Modern science has not yet proved
existence of other civilizations.

Second of all, we were all amazed by the actual speech of this young boy. It was far from the kind kids his age usually use. His knowledge of specific terminology, details and facts from Mars' and Earth"s past fascinated everyone.

"Why did he start the conversation in the first place," said my interlocutor. "Perhaps, he was simply touched by the overall atmosphere of our camp with many knowledgeable and open-minded people," continued he.

"Could he make this all up?"

"Doubtful", objected my friend". "To me this looks more like the boy was sharing his
personal memories from past births. It is virtually impossible to make
up such stories; one really had to know them."

Today, after meeting with Boris' parents and getting to know the boy better, I begin
to carefully sort out all the information obtained around that campfire. He was born in Volzhskii town in a suburban hospital, even though officially, based on the paperwork, his birthplace is the town of Zhirnovsk of Volgograd region. His birthday is January 11th, 1996.
(Perhaps it will be helpful for astrologers).

His parents seem to be wonderful people. Nadezhda, Boriska's mother, is a dermatologist in a public clinic. She graduated from Volgograd medical institute not so long ago in 1991. The boy"s father is a retired officer. Both of them would be happy if someone could shed the light
onto the mystery behind their child. In the meantime, they simply observe him and watch him grow.

-After Boriska was born, I noticed he was able to hold his head in 15 days, recalls Nadezhda. His
first word "baba" he uttered when he was 4 months old and very soon afterward started talking. At age 7, he constructed his first sentence, "I want a nail." He said this particular phrase after noticing a nail stuck in the wall. Most notably, his intellectual abilities surpassed
his physical ones.

-How did those abilities manifest themselves?

-When Boris was just one year old, I started giving him letters (based on the Nikitin"s system) and guess what, at 1,5 he was able to read large newspaper print. It didn"t take long for him to get acquainted with colors and their shades. He began to paint at 2.

Then, soon after he turned 2, we took him to the children day care center.
Teachers were all stunned by his talents and his unusual way of
thinking. The boy possesses exceptional memory and an unbelievable
ability to grasp new information. However, his parents soon noticed
that their child had been acquiring information in his own unique way,
from some place else.

-No one has ever taught him that, recalls Nadya. But sometimes, he would sit in a lotus position and start all these talks. He would talk about Mars, about planetary systems, distant
civilizations.we couldn"t believe our own ears. How can a kid know all
this? Cosmos, never-ending stories of other worlds and the immense
skies, are like daily mantras for him since he was 2.

It was then that Boriska told us about his previous life on Mars, about the
fact that the planet was in fact inhabited, but as a result of the most
powerful and destructive catastrophe had lost its atmosphere and that
nowadays all its inhabitants have to live in underground cities. Back
then, he used to fly to earth quite often for trade and other research
purposes. It seems that Boriska piloted his spaceship himself. This was
during the times of the Lemurian civilizations. He had a Lemurian
friend who had been killed right before his own eyes.

-A major catastrophe took place on earth. A gigantic continent was consumed by
stormy waters. Then suddenly, a massive rock fell on a construction.by
friend was there., tells Boriska. I could not safe him. We are destined
to meet some time in this life.

The boy envisions the entire picture of the fall of Lemuria as though it happened yesterday. He
grieves the death of his best friend as though it was his fault.

One day, he noticed a book in his mother"s bag entitled "Where do we come
from?" by Ernst Muldashev. One should have seen the kind of happiness
and fascination this discovery triggered in the little boy. He"s been
flipping through pages for hours, looking at sketches of Lemurians,
photos of Tibet. He then started talking about high intellect of the
Lemurians.

-But Lemuria ceased to exist minimum 800 000 years
ago., I uttered in response to his statements. Lemurians were 9 meters
tall! Is that so? How can you remember all this?

-I do remember, replied the boy.

Later, he began recalling another book by Muldashev entitled "In Search of the
City of Gods." The book is mainly devoted to ancient tombs and
pyramids. Boriska firmly stated that people will find knowledge under
one of the pyramids (not the pyramid of Heops). It hasn"t been
discovered yet. "Life will change once the Sphinx will be opened," said
he and added that the great Sphinx has an opening mechanism somewhere
behind his ear (but he does not remember where exactly). The boy also
talks with great passion and enthusiasm about the Mayan civilization.
According to him, we know very little about this great civilization and
its people.

Most interestingly, Boriska thinks that nowadays the
time has finally come for the "special ones" to be born on earth.
Planet"s rebirth is approaching. New knowledge will be in great demand,
a different mentality of earthlings.

-How do you know about these gifted kids and why this is happening? Are you aware that they are called "indigo" kids?

-I know that they are being born. However, I haven't met anyone in my town
yet. Perhaps may be this one girl named Yulia Petrova. She is the only
one who believes me. Others simply laugh at my stories. Something is
going to happen on earth; that is why these kids are of importance.
They will be able to help people. The Poles will shift. The first major
catastrophe with one of the continents will happen in 2009. Next one
will take place in 2013; it will be even more devastating.

-Aren't you scared that your life may also going to end as a result of that catastrophe?

-No. I"m not afraid. I have lived through one catastrophe on Mars already.
There still live people like us out there. But after the nuclear war,
everything has burnt down. Some of those people managed to survive.
They built shelters, new weaponry. There was also a shift of continents
there, although the continent was not as large. Martians breathe gas.
In case they arrived to our planet, they would have been all standing
next to pipes and breathing in fumes.

-Do you prefer breathing oxygen?

-Once you are in this body, you have to breathe oxygen. However, Martians
dislike this air, earth's air, because it causes aging. Martians are
all relatively young, about 30-35 years old. The amount of such Martian
children will increase annually.

-Boris, why do our space stations crash before they reach Mars?

-Mars transmits special signals aimed at destroying them. Those stations contain harmful radiation.

I was amazed by his knowledge of this sort of radiation "Fabos". This is
absolutely true. Back in 1988 resident of Volzhsky Yuri Lushnichenko, a
man with extrasensory powers attempted to warn Soviet leaders about the
inevitable crash of the first Soviet space stations "Fobos 1" and
"Fobos-2". He also mentioned this sort of an "unfamiliar" and harmful
for the planet radiation. Obviously, no one believed him then.

-What do you know about multiple dimensions? Do you know that one must fly
not on straight trajectories, but maneuvering through the multi-dimensional space?

Boriska immediately rose to his feet and started to pour all the facts about UFOs. "We took off and landed on Earth almost momentarily!" The boy takes a chalk and begins drawing
an oval object on a blackboard. "It consists of six layers," he says. 25%--outer layer, made of durable metal, 30%--second layer made of something similar to rubber, the third layer comprises 30%--once again metal. The final 4% is composed of a special magnetic layer. "If we are to charge this magnetic layer with energy, those machines will be able to fly anywhere in the Universe."

-Does Boriska have a special mission to fulfill? Is he aware of it?- I pose these questions to his parents and the boy himself.

-He says he can guess,- says his mother. He says he knows something about the future of Earth. He says information will play the most significant role in the future.

-Boris, how do you know all this?

-It is inside of me.

-Boris, tell us why do people get sick?

-Sickness comes from people's inability to live properly and be happy. You must
wait for you cosmic half. One should never get involve and mess up
other peoples" destinies. People should not suffer because of their
past mistakes, but get in touch with what"s been predestined for them
and try to reach those heights and move on to conquer their dreams.
(These are the exact words he was using).

You have to be more sympathetic and warmhearted. In case someone strikes you, hug your
enemy, apologize yourself and kneel before him. In case someone hates
you, love him with all your love and devotion and ask for forgiveness.
These are the rules of love and humbleness. Do you know why the
Lemurians died? I am also partially at blame. They did not wish to
develop spiritually any more. They went astray from the predestined
path thus destructing the overall wholeness of the planet. The Magic"s
Path leads to dead end. Love is a True Magic!

-How do you know all this???

-I know.Kailis.

-What did you say?

-I said "hello!" This is the language of my planet.

Kuala Lumpur's Colonial Influences

Kuala Lumpur's story dates back to the 1820's when Malays, mainly Sumatrans crossed the Straits of Melaka to conquer the thick virgin jungle in search of a new life. They paddled up the Klang River and settled on the upper reaches of the river. We hear of such early Malay settlements in areas like Petaling about 17km from the city centre and a village called Kampung Haji Abdullah Hukum close to Jalan Bangsar about 12km from the city centre. These early settlers supplemented their meagre earnings from paddy and panning for tin at streams nearby. Raja Abdullah, the Malay Chief governing almost the entire Klang Valley at the time had been eyeing for a part of the small but profitable income the villagers received from panning tin in the rivers. In 1857 he made a shrewd decision to send a party of 87 Chinese miners upriver from Klang to prospect for tin in the upper valley. It took them 3 days of river travel during the rainy season to get to Kuala Lumpur. If attempted during the dry season, the journey would have taken 10 to 15 days, with many occasions dragging boats over sandbanks or shallow waters. The miners and labourers disembarked and continued on foot to their destination from the confluence of Klang River and Gombak River where the water was too shallow to continue by boat. The going was tough - the intrepid travellers waded waist deep in swampy waters and were constantly tormented by mosquitoes and leeches. They headed towards the east to prospect at Ampang, which was reported to be rich in tin deposits. Being in unfamiliar territories, the head of the group engaged the expertise of a local magician or 'pawang' as known in Malay, to locate areas for mining. The pawang was thought to have favourable connections with the spirits of the jungle and was also very familiar with the terrain in the area. Once an area was located, a fee was further negotiated with the pawang for his consultation on ways to appease the local spirits to ensure that their progress in the area would not be hindered. However, things weren't as easy as they thought it to be. Clearing the jungle around the mine brought an epidemic that killed many of the miners. Mosquitoes began to breed in large numbers, bringing with them malaria. Within the year, only 18 of the 87 miners survived. Yet upon hearing of the riches to be found here, more immigrants were sent to replace the fallen and soon a bustling trade bloomed. The Klang-Gombak junction, close to where Masjid Jamek is now situated, was the point for loading tin ingots and unloading of food supplies, weapons, shovels, pans, and more immigrants to man the mines. Persuaded by a local Malay chief, two pioneer Chinese traders of Hakka descent, Hiu Siew and Ah Sze set up their sundry shop at the confluence. Some regard these 2 traders as founders of KL others lean towards Raja Abdullah. The shop was strategically located on the right hand side of the Klang River facing upstream, to catch the miners before they made their way up the jungle tracks to the various mining areas. It is not clear how the name Kuala Lumpur came about. Theories abound. 'Kuala' means estuary or confluence and in Malay usage, the name of the river or tributary that ends at this point should follow. Which means that this place should have been named Kuala Gombak but it wasn't. 'Lumpur' which means 'mud' could have been chosen because of the condition of the river. Another theory was that there used to be a tributary called Sungei Lumpur, which joined with the Gombak River just before the confluence. One thing is for sure.the significance of these waterways, the lifelines of a land can not be understated. The rivers gave Kuala Lumpur life and helped nurture the town from a mere seedling to a bustling Metropolis. It's unfortunate that by nature of development, rivers that had once been the epicentre of a growing township are now reduced to mere aesthetic swatches in this canvas of modernity. (And to some- just a large sewage system!)

Sate Kajang

With nine branches of which three are in Kajang, five along the highways (2 in KESAS, 2 in ELITE, and 1 in PLUS) and the other one in Bangi; Satay Kajang Hj. Samuri has achieved the positioning status of the satay market in Malaysia.

The long famous family oriented business has gained the trust and loyalty of satay eaters in town and nationwide. Its variety of meat to choose from, reasonable pricing, fast service, similar taste, efficient operations, are key ingredients to its success.

Today, this family business has given fame to the Kajang town which is otherwise infamous for its nasty traffic congestion. Its success has gone unnoticed by the envied competitors or probably foes to the family when the business was once (or probably few occasion) under 'attack' of bad publicity through nasty e-mails accusing its bad state of hygiene, recipes, and operations.

Cooked by charcoal, served with a plate of nasi impit that came with cucumber (that I learns today that the cucumber purpose is to neutralize the carbon effect on the meat) and dipped into the delicious peanut sauce, it was a one wonderful experience. Although it has variety of menu from chicken, beef, tripe, liver, mutton, to venison, we opted for 15 sticks of chicken and 5 beef. To go with the food, try ordered a glass of soy drink. Very healthy!

So, for the "Untuk Rasa Kajang Yang Sebenar", Haji Samuri and sons give you more than that. They give you the truly sate experience, not just the taste. Happy Eating!

Malay Weekend Mail - Let's Talk about Sex!

There's an article in a Malay newspaper that I'm dying to read. It's hard to come by ever since it's been banned by the majority Muslim nation for being too panky with the hanky:

The Weekend Mail gave detailed descriptions of favorite sex positions from its survey including spooning, galloping and tea bag positions in three pages of stories that delivered on its front-page promise: You'll be shocked.

I received endless calls and SMS over the articles, Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak told a ruling-party meeting Sunday. The media going overboard in exploiting sex will only worsen
our social problems, he was quoted as saying by the New Straits Times, a pro-government daily in the same stable as the Mail.

The paper was forced to run a full-page, large-type mea culpa on their front page to avoid having half of their staff disappear under cover of night. And many Malays are ecstatic about that. Malay blogger Mahaguru58 is joyful that the Mail got slapped for its provocative take on the bump-and-grind:

Having to ponder on this very subject that has been left to run riot in the Western civilisation and as a result made waste with something as precious and as honourable as a matter of lovemaking between a husband and a wife but now turned into something cheap and tasteless as animal lust and as a pastime for those who have been enamoured with the liberalisms of the decadent lifestyles rampaging in the West!

Emas 916 (Krisis Ekonomi Dunia)

Setakat ni harga emas memang dah naik - RM72 per gm!

Aku dengar ceramah Mr Matthias Chiang, bekas penasihat politik Tun Dr M. Dia kata ni pasti jadi dlm masa terdekat, 5 thn, tapi perkara ni tak mungkin dicakap dalam perhimpunan agung Umno.

Aku pernah wawancara dia di Hotel Prince, KL masa dia dtg nak jumpa Tun Dr M. Dia kata system kapitalis memang dah nak hancur tak lama lagi.

Masalahnya, cerita pasal ni tak keluar pun dalam akhbar arus perdana Malaysia (i.e. berita harian, utusan, star, nst.
Tapi bacalah akhbar2 eksklusif utk geng2 Zionis spt Herald, Weekly Commentator, JerusalemPost etc.
Akhbar ni boleh di access via internet. Media mcm ni dibaca oleh sifu-sifu zionis. Aku kemudian buat research sikit2 pasal money meltdown melalui internet.

(RUJUK RENCANA2 VIA INTERNET DI BAWAH TOPIC "THE DEATH OF MONEY).

Seorang pakar Jepun kata minyak dlm bumi ni hanya bertahan utk 30 tahun saja. Lepas tu, aku tanya Tan Sri Penasihat Sains Negara, "Tan Sri, apa kita nak buat sebab kita tak ada polisi tenaga nuklear?" Dia jawab, "no comment. You kena tanya menteri." Aku call pejabat menteri, menteri lak pergi US. Masa tu aku tengah tulis rencana mengenai polisi tenaga nuclear Malaysia sebagai persediaan hadapi kekurangan minyak
.

Bila baca surah Yusuf, dia terkejut dan baru tahu kita semua kena simpan MAKANAN, bukannya DUIT KERTAS or DUIT ELEKTRONIK. (rujuk rencana2 mengenai krisis dolar Amerika).

Di sini aku petik sikit beberapa kenyataan :-

MD IMF, Rodrigo de Rato, "We believe such a large imbalance of growing indebtedness by the US is a risk not only for the US economy, but for the world economy."

Bob Mc Teer, Presiden Reserve Bank of Dallas, "over time there is only one direction for the dollar to go - lower".

Warrenbuffet, pemain saham terkenal dunia kata : "we view them as TIME BOMBS both for the parties that deal in them and the economic system."

Paul Volker, bekas pengerusi Federal Reserve Board, "we have a 75% chance of a crisis within 5 years".

Aku sekadar nak berkongsi pengetahuan dan mencetuskan pemikiran sahaja.
Apa pun kau fikir pasal maklumat aku ni, terpulang lah. Wallahualam.

My Truly Blog: HUT ON THE GRAVEYARD...

Working from home

Have you ever thought about working from home? If you have, you know that the majority of the so called "work at home" jobs are scams. After being laid off from my telecommuting job I found myself looking for another at home job to replace it. After you've worked from home for a while, it's hard to go back to the corporate 9-5. In my experience, most of the work at home jobs out there appeared to be scams. You shouldn't have to pay and employer to work from home.

I thought I'd be smart and sign up with a website that specialized in work at home jobs. I Googled a website that promised to give you leads from employers who were looking specifically for people to work from home. The home page listed a lot of national companies (Bank of America, American Express, etc.). It appeared that these companies routinely posted jobs on the web site. All I had to do was buy a yearly membership and I'd have access to those awesome jobs. Those national companies may have been known to hire people to work from home but I quickly found out that they did NOT post any jobs on this website. The membership was a total waste of my money. To sum it up, it was a scam. Were there jobs posted on the web site? Yes, but the jobs were for telemarketers and sales. Nothing for a computer professional. It bugged me that the same stale jobs would be listed each day as if they were fresh!

If you are looking for a legitimate work from home job, consider Web Site Design. The beauty of this business is that it requires low start up costs. The only office equipment you would need would be a good computer, an Internet connection and website design software. The web design software I recommend are Macromedia Dreamweaver (html editor) and Macromedia Fireworks (graphics editor). Microsoft Front Page and Adobe Photoshop are also excellent choices. If you lack web site design skills, don't fret. The Internet is jam packed with free tutorials and advice on everything you would need to know about web site design and development. You would only be limited by your desire to learn. You can also purchase professional website templates to give you a jump start on designing web sites for your customers.

That being said, web site design is a very exciting field to be in. The technology rapidly changes so there is always something new and exciting to learn, it's a great outlet to release your creativity, you can make a lot of money quickly, and the best reason of all is that you can work from any location including at home in your PJs.

Given all of these reasons, many people wonder how to get started designing web sites for profit. As I said before, it takes very little money to start a successful online business. Once you learn how to design professional web sites (or use web templates), your only obstacle will be to market your business and win jobs. Sounds easy, but it's not. There are many web site development firms out there who never win bids on projects. You could search the Internet for advice on winning web site design jobs. You can search for advice from business owners who are out there running successful web site design companies. This is a good approach but it does take time.

10 Symptoms of a Dying H.Y.I.P

Even though I’m not into any HYIP programs since few years back, but I love to write the things that I know, at least for the sharing spirit and learning purposes.

Almost all tips below are not new to the old-timer HYIP investors. But for those of you who are clueless about this, it’s time for a read;

  • A HYIP can last from few weeks to few months. If you know the HYIP is X months old already, then it’s nearly at the end of road. X depends on the yield offered, the higher the yield offered, the smaller X will be.
  • HYIP is about a game. Administrators of HYIP must be the ones who are expert in nothing, except a story-making. Normally whatever reasons they give, they all are the last attempt to delay the doomsday.
  • DDOS/hacker. Almost all HYIPs admins talk about DDOS and hackers before the were gone forever.
  • System unstability. Why suddenly after few months the so called system go unstable? Beware, system unstability normally is an uncured sickness to any HYIP and may result in an overall system fatality.
  • Complaints. Take a really sharp observation on this one. Increasing number of complaints indicates something wrong with the program. Don’t simply ignore it.
  • No more cheerleaders. Some of them start talking about another programs and willing to help you with that new program. Maybe you want to check the referral commission they are offering?
  • Admins being busy. You rarely see admins answering questions and entertaining the members. You really miss them.
  • No more ‘please’s. You rarely see admins or members talk in a friendly way. A lot of unsatisfaction around.
  • Website not accessible. Things go tougher nowadays.
  • The page cannot be displayed / Server not found. Oh dear! It’s the great RIP.
Btw, I hope that I’m not offending anyone. Truth hurts, but what make us smarter is to learn from things that we have done yesterday. Cheers!

p/s: not all HYIP programs intended to scam people, but, any program life cycle is about create-run-die. Face it.

Bedbug infestations on rise across U.S.

- For Benton, a 31-year-old graduate student, the bedbugs sparked a seven-month battle that included bug bombs and the tossing out of his and his fiancee's bedroom furniture.
They gave up and moved out of their apartment in New York and eventually moved back to their native Memphis, Tenn. Benton said the bugs essentially drove them out of New York because they couldn't sleep knowing the bugs may be anywhere.
"The main part of it is psychological trauma that they create because of the idea that they are feeding on you at night," Benton said. "It's still hard to talk about if it's anywhere near bedtime." -

Bedbugs are turning up in hospitals, schools, movie theaters, health clubs. Recent reports put them in a New Jersey college dorm and a Los Angeles hotel — where one guest filed a $5 million lawsuit. Apartment tenants have taken landlords to court over infestations.

The current generation of exterminators has been caught unaware by these pests, which were all but forgotten for decades. They blame the comeback on several factors, primarily increased global travel and the banning of potent pesticides like DDT.

“We feel like we’re starting from scratch,” said Eisenberg, who returned this weekend from a conference where bedbugs were a top priority. “The only thing we know is that we don’t know anything.”

The tiny vermin avoid light and attack in the middle of the night. About the size of a flattened apple seed, they hide in cracks and crevices in furniture and walls.

They’re efficient and active travelers, often hitching rides on clothing and jumping from host to host when people brush up against each other on the subway, in elevators or on crowded streets.

And they invade even the cleanest apartments and swankiest neighborhoods.

“We’ve always had pests in New York City — we have rats, cockroaches, et cetera — but bedbugs are new,” said city Councilwoman Gail Brewer, who is calling for a bedbug task force. “We’re not doing a good job focusing on it.”
